With an intense zeal and positive energy, Hieu attends the group Account Executive to handle project management most effectively. He takes the role and acts as the link between the client, the team, and the lecturer. He is primarily responsible for communicating the team’s ideas to the client and relaying the feedback he receives. He works hard to make everyone feel at ease and find common ground during group brainstorming, so everyone feels safe expressing their opinions. Hieu also proves his worth as a team member by contributing to developing creative thoughts and visuals while managing the workflow in various roles, such as researcher and media manager. He is also responsible for helping other team members when they need help and correcting words for better transmission.
Constantly contributing her appealing creative ideas to the project, Vy has shown her talent to other team members regarding creativity capability and making the ideas into a reality that can be visualized in artwork, which is essential to the campaign. Through each phase, she executes good artwork ideas that match the media strategy to hook the target public attention. In addition, she works well with Art Director to ensure the artwork meets her and the team’s expectations. Besides working in a group as a Creative Director, Vy also supports others in conducting concrete research to form an impactful insight into the campaign. Furthermore, she is supportive of overviewing the work of others to give constructive feedback to improve it. Vy is a role model of working in a team for others to learn.
Our good fortune is that Tuong is not only an energetic person but also finds the process of writing to be a fascinating one. Therefore, we decided to have her as our copywriter. Her prominent role on our team may be supporting the others, but it’s still an important role that deserves attention. Tuong has also supported the team in finding key information and data that help build an effective strategic media plan with our strategic planner. Taking part as a website builder, Tuong is also creative in writing appealing content for the project.
Hoan brings her passion for art, boundless creativity, and ability to inspire others to share their own to our Chef’s Kiss Agency team. She ensures that our visual concepts and designs are consistent across the board and that their meaning and enthusiasm are conveyed to our other team members. She has brought a lot of fresh thinking to the campaign and constantly working to ensure the examples she gets back from meetings are exactly what the clients and professors want. The client and the speaker had positive things to say about her. Hoan could comprehend the feedback from Dr. Tuan and L’Usine during the project presentation, and she revised the Key Visual to fit the campaign director’s preferences better. Hoan’s graphic design skills and presence on the team were vital to the group’s overall success.
In her new post as Strategic Planning Production Manager and Researcher, Van will be responsible for developing the most effective plan for our communication campaign and conducting in-depth analyses of our customers’ strengths and weaknesses. Since Van possesses both a broad range of interests and an inquisitive nature, she is ideally suited to fill these roles within our team. She performed a fantastic job of steering our team toward a solid strategy that used a wide range of approaches since she possessed the requisite skills and was also eager to do so. In addition, Van’s critical thinking and analytical capability also help our team learn from her and the project successfully.
