PROJECT PROCESS
We created a team charter at the beginning of the project, which included a team agreement on shared goals and duties, an assessment of everyone's abilities, and a strategy for dealing with any dangers. It lays the framework for the subsequent working procedure, which helps guarantee the team's effectiveness and productivity.
